You may return new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, however, we require that you pay shipping for these returns. If the return is a result of our error, such as if you receive an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item as well as shipping costs.
If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival; we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.
You should expect to receive your refund within two to four weeks from the date you send us your return package. This allows time for the delivery of your item, internal processing and validation of your return, and for the time required by the bank to process our refund request.
Please contact us at email@example.com to begin the process for any returns, refunds or exchanges and to obtain a Return Authorization Number. This number must be included with your return shipment and any related correspondence.
If for any reason you do not receive your refund after 21 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know. We will do everything in our power to promptly resolve the issue.
