At Nesa’s Hemp, we take pride in our shipping speed! All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You can expect a delivery time in about 2-4 business days after purchase within the USA, and 2-4 weeks internationally. In some rare cases, shipping may be delayed. Please read our Shipping Policy for more details. * Please note that processing your order may take up to 1 business day. **Tracking information from the carrier might not be available immediately after purchase.
All orders placed BEFORE 12PM Pacific Time Monday through Friday will be shipped on the same day. Otherwise, all orders placed after 12PM Pacific Time Monday through Thursday will be shipped the following day.
All orders placed on Friday after 12PM Pacific Time and/or over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

If you’ve placed an order and would like to modify your contact information or shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible via email support@nesashemp.com or submit a request ticket by clicking here. If the order has not been shipped yet, we can modify the order as per your request. If the order has been shipped already, you will then need to follow the return/exchange process. If you wish to change your items or add/reduce the number of items in your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email at support@nesashemp.com or submit a request ticket by clicking here. We’ll need to cancel your order, so you can place a new order as per your needs. If the order has been shipped already, you will then need to follow the return/exchange process.
Once a package leaves Nesa’s Hemp, the carrier is responsible for its delivery. Responses to common requests such as package not received or delivered, missing package, and other tracking statuses are handled by the carrier and not Nesa’s Hemp. We are, however, happy to assist you with shipping information from our end to aid in your connections with the carrier.
