SHIPPING POLICY

U.S. ORDERS

The ship time will vary based on your Shipping Method selection at checkout:

- USPS Standard Delivery (2-5 Business Days)
- FedEx Expedited Delivery (2-3 Business Days)

In some rare cases, shipping may be delayed. If the delay is on our end, we will notify you. We cannot be responsible for delays experienced by the carrier

Due to the constantly changing laws and regulations regarding hemp and CBD around the world, we are currently unable to ship outside of the United States. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or loss due to customs issues in your country or third-party shipping companies. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope that laws will change so we can bring Nesa's Hemp to the world.

Please contact support@nesashemp.com to begin the process for any returns, refunds, or exchanges. Include your full name, date of purchase, item(s) purchased and reason for return. A representative will review your request and send you the next steps.

EXCHANGES

You should expect to receive your refund within two to four weeks from the date you send us your return package. This allows time for the delivery of your item back to us, internal processing and validation of your return, and for the time required by the bank to process the refund request.

If you have not received your refund within this time, please contact us at support@nesashemp.com and let us know. We will do everything in our power to promptly resolve the issue.

REFUNDS

Please complete this form to begin the process for any returns, refunds, or exchanges. This form must be included with your return shipment and any related correspondence. A copy with the form will be received by our support team to follow up with the return and issue a refund once the return has been received.
