Except for recurring shipments delivered under our Auto-Ship Subscription Program you may return new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. (Return shipping costs are your responsibility.)
Auto-Ship Subscription deliveries are non-refundable, and Auto-Ship subscriptions are non-cancelable for the term of the subscription, so please try our products before subscribing.

If you are not happy with your bottle of Nesa’s, we want you to contact us. We’d like to see if we can help you get the results you were hoping for.
If the return is a result of our error – such as if you receive an incorrect or defective product – you will receive a full refund for the item and we will cover shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within two to four weeks from the date you send us your return package. This allows time for the delivery of your item back to us, internal processing and validation of your return, and for the time required by the bank to process our refund request.
