1. How the Program Works
- Customers join automatically with their first purchase.
- Make consecutive monthly purchases to qualify for Loyalty Rewards.
- Once qualified, earn points each month that can be redeemed for discounts at checkout.
- Existing subscribers with more than 3 previous orders automatically earn points on their next renewal — no additional streak required.
- You can also refer friends to Nesa’s Hemp and earn rewards when they make their first qualifying purchase.
2. Earning Loyalty Points
- Points are earned after completing the required number of consecutive monthly purchases (default: 3 months) unless you are an existing subscriber with more than 3 orders.
- Each month after qualifying, earn 5 points per purchase (e.g., 1 purchase = 5 points, 2 purchases = 10 points).
- Maximum points per month: 20 points. Purchases beyond this limit in a single month will not earn additional points.
- Points accumulate over time — the more consistent your purchases, the more rewards you earn.
- Some orders may require a minimum purchase amount to count toward points.
3. Referral Rewards
- Refer friends using your unique referral link.
- For each friend who makes their first qualifying purchase:
- Referrer: Earn 5 store credits
- Friend (Referee): Receive 10% off their first order
- Every time the referee makes a purchase, the referrer earns additional credits automatically.
- Referral rewards are automatically applied to your account once the referee’s purchase is confirmed.
- Referral rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other accounts.
- Abuse of the referral program (self-referrals, fake accounts, or fraudulent activity) may result in loss of rewards or disqualification.
4. Using Your Points
- 1 point = $1 discount
- Points can be redeemed during checkout for instant savings.
- Points and referral credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other accounts.
- Points and referral credits cannot be combined with other promotions, unless explicitly stated.
5. Missed Months
- If you miss a month, your loyalty streak may reset depending on program settings.
- Any points you’ve already earned remain in your account.
- You can restart your streak from month 1 and continue earning points.
6. Program Changes
- Nesa’s Hemp reserves the right to update, pause, or end the Loyalty & Referral Program at any time.
- Changes may include point values, streak requirements, referral rewards, or redemption rules.
- Updates will be communicated via email or your account dashboard.
7. Fair Use
- Points and referral rewards are intended for genuine customer use only.
- Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or exploit the Program may result in loss of points, referral rewards, or disqualification.
8. Privacy
Your submission of personal information through the store and referral program is governed by our Privacy Policy. Referral tracking uses email and/or account information for validation purposes.
